Amazon Prime Day Sale on speakers: Best and worst deals

Amazon Prime Day sale for this year is now live and it will keep going for 48 hours, till July 16. This year, the online reseller has hosted numerous products for sale on discounted pricing and we are here to help you find the best deals. We are covering all the major categories and listing the best and the worst deals so that you can save more money and avoid bad deals. In this article, we have gone through numerous wireless speaker that are now discounted for purchase under the sale and have mentioned the best and the worst deals. Do note that there’s also a 10 percent instant discount for buyers who use HDFC bank cards on all eligible products.

Best deals:

Bose Soundlink Revolve (Buy it here)

The Bose Soundlink Revolve features  360 degree sound delivery and comes with an IPX4 water-resistant design. The speaker was previously listed at Rs 19,990 and is now available for Rs 13,930. This is, without a doubt, a good deal on a good speaker.

Harman Kardon Omni 20 wireless speakers (Buy it here)

The Harman Kardon Omni 20 wireless speaker is one of the best deals to consider during the Amazon Prime Day sale. The device has received a discount of Rs 3,301 and is now available for Rs 9,999. The speaker comes equipped with two transducers of 75mm in size and two 19mm tweeters.

Sony SRS-XB30/LC-IN5 (Buy it here)

The Sony SRS-XB30/LC-IN5 has received a discount of Rs 981, which brings its previously listed price of Rs 6,980 down to Rs 5,999. The speaker is splash proof and is touted to deliver up to 24 hours of battery life on a single charge.

Philips MMS3160B/94 (Buy it here)

The Philips MMS3160B/94 is a multimedia speaker system, which is considerably discounted during the sale. It was previously listed at Rs 6,045  and is now available for Rs 4,742. The 3.1 channel speaker is touted to deliver 60W RMS of total output power.

Ultimate Ears Wonderboom (Buy it here)

The UE Wonderboom speaker was priced at Rs 5,499 but after a Rs 1,000 discount, it is now listed for Rs 4,499. The wireless speaker features IPX7 waterproofing and is claimed to deliver up to 10 hours of battery life on a single charge.

Worst deals:

Sony Onebox MHC-GT4D (Check it out here)

Do note that while the Sony Onebox MHC-GT4D portable speaker is listed in the worst deal section, it doesn’t mean that the device itself is not worth consideration. We were keeping tabs on the device and the previous seller listed it for Rs 29,999, while it is now selling for Rs 33,990 with the MRP listed as Rs 35,990. While Sony Onebox MHC-GT4D speaker seems like a good device with a 4 star rating out of five, the deal you are getting is the case of inflated pricing.

F&D IT180X 2.0 (Check it out here)

There is no discount on the F&D IT180X 2.0, which makes it one of the worst deals right now. Based on the four star rating of 324 customers, the soundbar seems to be a pretty decent audio device. However, there is no discount being offered on it, even though it is listed as a discounted product during the ongoing Amazon Prime Day Deals sale.

Sony HT-RT3 Real (Check it out here)

The Sony HT-RT3 Real is a 5.1 channel Dolby Digital soundbar home theatre system, which has good ratings and reviews from users on Amazon. However, there’s no discount on the audio device. While one might argue that the MRP is listed at Rs 18,990 and it is available for Rs 17,990, we noted that it was previously being offered on the online retailer’s website for Rs 17,990.
