OnePlus has come up with a new challenge called "Unlock Your Speed" to keep you busy till the OnePlus 6T is official. Under the campaign, one will need to tap on their phone’s screen and when they keep tapping until they reach a milestone to unlock goodies like vouchers, new products and a chance to get a free OnePlus phone for life (25 years). One will also get to unlock some information regarding the company’s upcoming device, however, leaks and rumours have already revealed almost everything there is to know about it. To participate in the challenge, one needs to head over to unlock.oneplus.com on their phone and sign up with their email ID. Do note that similar to OnePlus Crackables challenge, the new campaign can only be accessed via a phone. So, what’s the catch? Well, for starters, you will need to tap for 60,000 times. This is not a small number as we did try and got bored after 1000 taps. On its blog post, OnePlus states, “To celebrate the fantastic new Screen Unlock we want everyone to practice tapping on their screens. The more taps, the more prizes and information we reveal about the OnePlus 6T! ” Additionally, there are two types of milestones, Personal and Global. As the names suggest, when Personal milestones are reached, one will be awarded a prize based on their personal taps. A new piece of information about the OnePlus 6T will be revealed when a Global Milestone is reached, which is a representation of every player’s collective tap count. Some might get an idea of using touch bots or auto-clickers for getting ahead of the competition but OnePlus says that they are closely watching for such users and will ban them. The company will also be launching a series of challenges till the OnePlus 6T is launched on October 30. Each challenge is said to offer a unique prize but one will need to keep an eye out on OnePlus’ social media accounts to be ready for each of these challenges.
