A hotfix is available for Windows DST support for (UTC +12:00)Fiji and (UTC -11:00)Samoa

This hotifx updates the DST end-date for (UTC +12:00)Fiji to occur on the first Sunday in March 2011, and not the last Sunday in March. This update reflects the schedule shown on the Fiji.gov.fj site. https://ift.tt/2O9wmcV This hotfix also updates the DST ending time for (UTC -11:00)Samoa to occur at 1am, instead of midnight on Sunday April 3rd. In other words, at 01:00:00 on April 3rd, DST ends and the clock falls back to 00:00:00 April 3rd.
