FIX: Error messages when you use a Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) query to register WMI events on a computer that is running Windows Server 2003 or Windows XP: "0x80041032" and "0x80041003"

Fixes a problem where you receive "Call cancelled" and "Access denied" error messages when you register WMI events on a Windows Server 2003-based computer or on a Windows XP-based computer. Requires that you install a hotfix to resolve the problem.
