As Realme gears up to launch the Realme X in India, the company has quietly teased another device called Realme 3i on Flipkart. The Flipkart listing, however, neither mentions a launch date nor reveals any specs or features of the device. Going by the teaser, it is likely that the phone would sport a waterdrop notch. The Realme 3i could be a watered-down version of the Realme 3 that was launched earlier this year. The Realme 3 also houses a waterdrop notch. The timing of the teaser suggests that the firm could launch Realme 3i alongside Realme X on July 15.
The Realme X has already been launched in China and Realme CEO, Madhav Sheth has announced that the company will launch the special Onion and Garlic Editions of the phones in India as well. The phone features a 6.53-inch AMOLED display with Gorilla Glass 5 protection and a sixth-generation optical in-display fingerprint sensor. Realme claims that the phone sports a 91.2-percent screen-to-body ratio. Under the hood, the phone houses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor and features a copper-pipe cooling system.
When it comes to camera, the phone is equipped with a 48MP Sony IMX 586 sensor with a 6P lens. It is complemented by a 5MP sensor. The rear camera setup features special modes to improve the photography experience. Realme says that the Super Resolution Mode in the phone creates high definition photos by merging eight images into one. There’s a Super Night Scene mode which is said to improve low-light photography. On the front is a pop-up 16MP Sony IMX471 sensor with f/2.0 aperture lens. The phone is powered by a 3765mAh battery with VOOC 3.0 support.
