Developed by Reliance Industries, JioBrowser has a size of just 4.8 MB, making it ideal for entry-level Android smartphone users. The browser also comes with a feature that lets users customise their news feed to get tailor-made updates about topics they choose. “JioBrowser by Jio is one of the first Indian browsers that’s developed keeping the Indian users in mind. It is a fast and easy to use browser with very low memory requirement. Install it today and experience some of the most engaging Videos and latest News content every day,” the app description on the Google Play Store reads. The developer says that the app UI has been designed by a team of experts for “smoothest and fastest browsing experience.” The JioBrowser comes with a integrated quick links to some of the top Indian websites on the Internet. There is also an Incognito mode that allows users to protect their browsing history. Users can also manage manage their downloads and history from the browser.
