With each passing day, rumours regarding Samsung’s next Galaxy flagship are going strong. A lot of reports have already claimed that the South Korean tech company will launch three variants of the Galaxy S10 smartphone but if we go by the latest Wall Street Journal report, Samsung will launch a total of four phones to commemorated 10 years of the Galaxy smartphones. Of the four, three variants will bear the Galaxy S10 moniker and the fourth one will be called “Beyond X” and it will launch in Spring, that is, somewhere between late March and late June. A separate report claims that the Galaxy S10 will come in four colours and the foldable smartphone, the Galaxy F, will have 512GB local storage and will be offered in Silver and Black colours. Samsung Galaxy S10 According to a Wall Street Journal report, Samsung will launch four smartphones on the tenth anniversary of the Galaxy S series devices. Three of these smartphones are expected to launch in February-March, while the fourth one may launch at a later stage. The three phones are said to bear the Galaxy S10 name while the fourth one may be called the “Beyond X”. As previously reported, the three Galaxy S10 devices is expected to have a standard model with a 5.8-inch flat type display, which means that this phone will not have a curved display design in which the display melts to the sides. The other two models are expected to have 5.8-inch and 6.2 inch curved edge type displays. When it comes to the “Beyond X”, the report says that this particular device will have a 6.7-inch display. It may feature a total of six cameras (two front-facing and four rear), and support for next-generation 5G networks. The “Beyond X” is expected to unveil when the carriers start offering 5G service to support it, which is expected to be during the Spring season in the US. There are also claims that the company is considering adding a reverse wireless charging feature to juice up other devices, like another phone or headphones -- similar to what Huawei’s Mate 20 Pro offers. According to Sammobile, the Galaxy S10 will be available in Black, White, Yellow and Green colours. Samsung Galaxy F or Galaxy Flex According to Sammobile, the foldable phone that Samsung announced at its annual developers conference, will have a variant with 512GB of internal storage. The “Galaxy F” (or “Galaxy Flex” as The Wall Street Journal calls it) is expected to have three variants, one for the US market, one for Europe and one for Asian market, though there is no clarity on the claims. The report says that the model number SM-F900U will have 512GB of internal storage. The European and Asian models of this device are called SM-F900F and SM-F900N respectively. Samsung will launch this device in Silver and Black colours.
